We would like to inform you of some important updates that are currently being implemented to GlobalTill's support infrastructure, including our email and messenger chat systems, between March 15th and March 18th, 2024.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your support experience, you may notice changes in the appearance of our Intercom chat bubble, including its color. Additionally, the chat bubble may temporarily not be visible during brief periods during this process. Please rest assured, these changes are expected and are part of the update process.

During this transition and shortly after, there may be a delay in response times from our support teams. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Inquiries will be addressed as soon as possible.

Heads up! Key contact information for our support and business teams will be updated and shared with you here and inside of the GlobalTill backend. Updates will always be communicated from either globaltill.com (& subdomains) or globaltillstatus.com.

We are aware of reports of phishing e-mails impersonating the GlobalTill team and ask that you be please exercise caution when receiving any information via e-mail. GlobalTill does not alter its payment instructions via e-mail and GlobalTill will not directly ask you to change your password via e-mail without a corresponding in-app notice (please do not click any links to reset your password unless you are automatically asked as part of your regular sign-in process).
